Do I need to notify my current broker that I am joining Zeal Realty?
Although it is not necessary, we recommend that you contact your broker to let them know you are joining Zeal Realty. This is especially important if you have any open transactions.
What happens with transactions that have not closed yet with my current brokerage?
It is difficult to know as every brokerage has different rules and procedures for handling this type of situation. For more information, we recommend that you consult your independent contractor agreement or contact your broker to discuss details.

When will my license will be active under Zeal Realty?
Usually within one business day after verification by our managing Broker.
When do I get charged for Zeal Realty Membership Fees?
We will immediately charge your credit card for the first month after you have completed your registration. Each month, your renewal date is the day you register.
